Currently Padma Allen and Reddy Allen are hiding in Bangalore, India. Enjoying their honeymoon with the money. I request Preet Bahara to catch them ASAP. Padma's mother Soundarya Raghu is one of the key persons behind the scam. Their whole family is corrupt. Lots of such cases were filed against them in Bangalore Police.Since they are India, they think .. they can survive this heat with the help of money and power.

Do a Google News Search on Technodyne. Read all about the scandal that the owners are involved in. Padma Allen should have this reward revoked. She and her husband knowingly left the country to hide from this and fired all 200+ employees over Memorial Day Weekend via email without paying them for their last few weeks of service.

The City of New York is implementing the prestigious automated Payroll project and the contract is given to SAIC, one of the biggest software Consulting Gaint in North East US, just like CAI. The initial estimate of the project which started in 2004 is $ 63 Million. SAIC has subcontracted the project to few other consulting firms out of which “Technodyne” has the giant part. In past 6 years, the project budget has increased from the initial $63 Million to $740 Million (That’s a whopping 12 times more than estimate). Of the total $740 Million paid for this project, Technodyne received $464 Million (63% of the Project cost). Technodyne is owned by native Indian couple and US Citizens Mr. Reddy and Padma Allen.

The Project Manager of SAIC, Gerard Denault who is responsible for this project implementation (Hiring resources, Approving Time Sheets etc) officially got paid 2.9 Million between 2004 and 2010. That’s 40K per month and 500K Annual Salary. In addition to this he secretly pocketed $5.6 Million in kickbacks from technodyne. The allegation is he received the kickbacks for diverting the business to Technodyne and approving false time sheets. Gerard Denault was arrested for money laundering and wire fraud charges and later released on $1 Million bail bond. Technodyne owners were not yet charged, but their back accounts are freezed and they left to India few weeks ago.. The last communication from this company was an email to their employees and contractors working in this project, not to talk to reporters.
